UPDATE: 21/06/08
Tropical Storm Fengshen (aka Frank) is passing over Central Philippines,
drawing closer to its capital Manila. Expected there in 24 hours. Up to now the
storm made 17 victims in the Philippines, as AFP reported.
Later on, the storm will decrease in force and continue its way to Taiwan.
